Vishvkarma Heaters offers a range of Manifold Tubular Heating Elements, serving as an economical, durable, and adaptable heat source. These elements are commonly employed in milled grooves for hot runner molding systems, ensuring precise heat transfer to the working surface. Our adept craftsmen, along with specialized bending equipment, enable us to shape these elements into complex configurations, all custom-designed to meet specific requirements.

The heating element, wound in a helical fashion, is crafted from high-temperature resistant NiCr wire. It is then insulated with high-grade Magnesium Oxide Powder, and undergoes swaging and annealing at elevated sheath temperatures, ensuring exceptional electrical insulation and high heat transfer capabilities.

Accurate shaping of the heater is crucial for a snug fit into the mold groove. To guarantee this precision, we employ templates as inspection tools in the forming process. These templates can either be provided by the customer or manufactured by Anupam in accordance with the customer’s design.

Manifold Tubular Heating Elements are available in round diameters of 6.5 mm, 8 mm, and 8.5 mm, as well as square diameters of 6 mm x 6 mm and 8 mm x 8 mm. Furthermore, we can custom manufacture other diameters based on customer-provided drawings.

Manufacturing these heaters requires precise drawings indicating center distances, bending radius, and bending degree. Each Manifold Tubular Heater undergoes rigorous testing, including insulation, high voltage, and leakage current tests, to ensure quality and performance.
